From first dance classes through advanced training, ASOD offers opportunities for dancers across ages, abilities and experience levels.
Our classes focus on strong technique while giving students opportunities to build confidence, express themselves creatively, form friendships and discover their own love of dance.
Ballet • Tap • Jazz • Lyrical • Hip Hop • Modern

Tiny Tot and Combo classes introduce young dancers to movement, music and the studio environment while building the foundations they'll carry into future classes.

Grade-level classes allow dancers to continue developing technique and skills at an appropriate pace, with opportunities to explore multiple styles.

ASOD tumbling classes give students the opportunity to build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence while progressing through skills at an appropriate level.
Whether a student is developing foundational skills or working toward more advanced tumbling, classes are designed to challenge each athlete while continuing to build strong technique.

BEGINNER
For students building foundational tumbling skills, body awareness, strength and confidence.
INTERMEDIATE
For students ready to build on established fundamentals and progress toward more challenging skills.
ADVANCED
For experienced tumblers continuing to strengthen technique and work toward advanced skills.
TOP NOTCH
Our highest tumbling level for students ready for additional challenge and continued skill development.

For dancers looking for an additional challenge, ASOD Competition Teams provide opportunities to strengthen technique, grow as performers, work toward shared goals and experience the excitement of competing together.
Competition dancers continue their regular dance training while adding focused choreography, rehearsals and performance opportunities as part of a team.
Competition gives dancers opportunities to challenge themselves in ways that extend beyond the stage. They learn commitment, teamwork, resilience, responsibility and how to work toward a goal alongside their teammates.
Awards are exciting—but the growth that happens along the way matters even more.

Competition team placement is determined through summer auditions.

Competition dancers continue their regular level classes to strengthen technique in their chosen discipline.

Teams work together to learn choreography, develop performance skills and prepare for competition.

Dancers take their work to the stage and experience the challenge, excitement and camaraderie of competing as a team.
